To make banking a beautiful experience takes time, and can mean sometimes starting over again. I am proud to have taken this Dan Makoski project which reimagines the credit card to SXSW 2017. His inspiration to humanize banking lives on in so many of us. Ask me about how Daniel Herrington and I continued to prototype the cards by collaborating with artists and designers.

Hundreds of thousands of web pages and an incalculable number of experiences are being reconsidered and redefined to bring visitors of LOC.gov a seamless, efficient and meaningful experience. To many of us, the profound guidance from Peter Morville made the task seem doable.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) wanted to become better aligned with the public’s need for information to make travel safer and airport checkpoints less stressful. They believed (and we agreed) that their website TSA.gov was a good place to start meeting traveler's needs.

Here's a brief story about how we transformed a series of proprietary process software – used solely by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Treasury to receive and monitor securities bids made by Wall Street's largest investment banks — into one comprehensive auction application. Today, this is literally the tool the US Treasury uses to balance the economy—billions of dollars pass through this system every day.

The Tumi luggage account was the coveted brand in the agency at the time, and I was the Art Director partnered with creative genius, David Bender, to create beautiful brand experiences in advertising and in-store.
Sirius Satellite Radio was ready to launch when I led an in-house design department to manage all creative initiatives, online and offline, including national and retail campaigns and special events such as NASCAR.
Oh, and a new logo.
